The Standards

CoEverything created the Standards as a reference guide for architects & developers who want to encourage better practices in design & real estate development, for projects that strive to make a positive impact on people in their community, the planet, and contribute to the financial prosperity and wealth building of local neighborhoods.

The Standards are separated into the Three P’s of the Triple Bottom Line: People, Planet, and Prosperity, with topics within each that pertain to real estate development projects. The intent is to guide those who want to create community-driven development that stabilizes neighborhoods.
