Workforce Housing with a ground floor retail space. This project is a City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development RFP - TLee Development and CoEverything received site control in January 2022.

We are beginning our community-driven design process, due diligence and site analysis. The project will be 22 units across two sites, with 19 parking spaces and 1500 SF of commercial space at the corner of Harvard Ave. & Standish Street in Dorchester. This will be a net zero energy low carbon design, homeownership units.

CoEverything will be the lead architect and project manager, internal to the development team.
