Workshop Facilitation for Community Designers
We developed a curriculum customized for architects and designers that would offer an overview of the financial components of real estate development for the Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellows. Through a series of training modules, workshops and collateral, we are familiarizing the Rose Fellows with key terms, methods, and tools for understanding the affordable housing development projects they may encounter during their Fellowship.
