We are working to redefine real estate development and investment as a cooperative, community-driven process that aligns profits with the people. We want to Co-develop projects using alternative models to finance and own these projects. We work with our clients to form a cooperative team. By aligning everyone in the development team with parallel incentives and matching objectives, you get projects that end up closer to the original project vision (on budget, on schedule, and mission aligned).
