We understand that affordability means different things to different people, but we have rewritten the rulebook on developing projects to lower the cost of living as much as possible while still providing a comfortable healthy and sustainable home.

We avoid the extractive financial institutions and instead we raise money from within the community and from mission aligned long term impact investors.
One of the key tenets of CoEverything is that we restrict the resale price of membership shares. We believe it critical to not just create housing that is affordable now, but to ensure that it stays affordable for decades to come.
We work with leading industry partners to construct prefabricate, easy to assemble, buildings that don’t waste time or materials to drive construction costs down.
We make sustainable living an effortless, beautiful part of everyday life, because saving the planet doesn’t need to be hard.
The building include features like super insulate buildings, , the most efficient mechanical systems, Solar panels, and rain-water harvesting right into the buildings. Our units have a smaller physical footprint so everyone has a smaller carbon footprint.
We build only with 100% sustainable wood products, and avoid petrochemical, metal and cementitious products as much as possible because they take way too much energy to produce and we’re trying to avoid carbon emissions afterall.
We build close to public transit. We provide 1 bike per unit. We give all members the option to join the CoEverything Electric Car share. Of course best of all we build in the city so that walking is always an option!
We grow food locally through our sister business GrowEverything and we partner with other amazing local growers and food cooperatives to provide you and the community with local food. Local food =Way less transportation = way less CO2 emissions.
By designing a collection of buildings that rely on shared access to common amenities and services, we create a sense of communal ownership and responsibility among residents.
We let every CoEverything Member become an owner our innovative housing co-operative model. With significantly lower cost of living our members might actually find themselves with some disposable income. Our cooperative model allows the residents to buy ‘shares’ in the property—if or when they are able. No more expensive down payments or extractive interest rates which limit first time buyers from entering the housing market. Over time, the property would be owned by the community, and residents .

Firstly, you pay a monthly rate for all your essentials: rent, electricity, water, heating, maintenance and shared facilities
Secondly, we unlock better deals on daily needs like food, media, insurance, transport and recreation through flexible add-on subscriptions.
Thirdly, each month every resident would have the option of buying ‘shares’ of real estate—to access ownership progressively and cash in later.
We share lots of things because we don’t all need all the things. There is a shared electric car. We have a tool and appliance library so that anyone can share those items that we want to have access to, but rarely use. We combine smaller beautiful individual homes with shared spaces that encourage people to be part of the community they live in. Shared living is found to boost both health and happiness.
