Project Overview: In 2018, the City of Boston released an RFP for two vacant lots to build net zero energy affordable homes. TLee Development and CoEverything teamed up to submit as the Development and Architecture team, and we were selected. Our proposal included two options, a community choice for the proforma: Affordable Rental and Community Crowdfund or Affordable Homeownership. The residents in WOW Coalition and Talbot Harvard Triangle chose the homeownership proforma. In 2025, Harvard and Standish will break ground - designed using everyday accessible low carbon and carbon storing materials, focusing on biobased Healthy Materials from foundation to finish.
